Are you talking your Bell account number which can also be your Bell One Bill account number? or your Bell account number for setting up payment through your bank?
Your One Bill Bell account number is all numbers, 9-digits. It is located on the first page you view in MyBell in the blue section: One Bill
Your Customer ID Number on the top right hand corner of your bill is 14-digits. It is numeric and alpha & includes the numbers from your Bell account number, but not necessarily in the same order. (14-digits number for online/telebanking)
