Does obtaining a new bundle require deletion of current account?

Hi All,

Just received a call from what i'm guessing is a supposed 3rd party working on the behalf of Bell.net offering a new 2 year bundled promotion for $105/month.

However, I was told that I need to delete my current account to create a new one to get the promotion?  This I assume is a phishing scam call, correct?

Sounds a little fishy.....besides, all these new customer promotions are for new customers only and all companies have a definition of a new customer.....something like the household has no active accounts for X months.  This means you most likely not even qualify.

I too recieved a similar call , it’s because promotions are only for new incoming customers, believe that’s because of  mobile and Internet company’s promotional system

One way suggested to me was to exit the service for a week or maximum of a month and come back and get the promotion offer
