Contract pay-out when upgrading phone

Hello all. Just wondering if i ipgrade my phone, do i still need to pay out the contract?

Yes....... I would suggest that you contact Bell Mobility & see if there any special arrangements that can be made to blend your old phone contract with an upgraded phone plan
