So, lately I've been using the automatic top up but it's set on the 20th of every month. Recently I forgot to pay my monthly bill and missed a month. Now I have the money, I want to pay and top up my account but it's still set at 20th. How do I change that? Preferably to the 1st

Your monthly charge date is the day you activated your mobile phone. For example, if you activated your phone on October 15, your charge date is the 15th of every month. You will also receive a text message five days before your monthly charge date, reminding you to top up.
Bill payment due dates can not be changed in the Bell Community Forum.
Can they be changed?
That would depend on the type of services you have with Bell. We strongly suggest to conserve your billing cycle the way it is currently as the change will cause proration in the following invoice.
You will need to contact Bell Customer Service Billing & Orders: - 1 866 310-BELL (2355) or #611 from any Bell mobile device.
