This is a major problem - each time i check my balance due on mobile bills - Bell's online system does not update it and still shows that I owe Bell my full amount !!!
Please fix your systems to reflect the true balance and it should not take months to be updated - it shows the low quality systems (which are Customer facing) that Bell is producing. I wonder why someone has not complained of this so far

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.
When accessing MyBell, you will find on the blue header (as shown on the below image) your current balance. In the instance that you check out the invoice itself, the amount will not change, as it is a virtual copy of a paper invoice.
When a payment is made via your financial institution, there is a processing delay of 2 to 5 business days.
Information displayed may be different from account to account.
