Hi, 

I just want to ask about what is the purpose of REPORT A PAYMENT on MyBell App? Let say i will use my debit card for paying my bill because it was place on hold due to late payment.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post. 

The report a payment has a few different functions. However it's main function is to alert the proper team of an upcoming payment that you've made and depending the status of your account, it can prevent your account from being suspended or even closed due to a late payment.
