There is no option to expedite or rush a payment.

Check out How to make a credit card payment in the MyBell appOpens in a new tab or window. Credit card payments are immediate.

For other payment methods, take a look at our Support page on How to pay my mobile phone billOpens in a new tab or window for alternate options available to you to complete payment.

Is there a way i can pay some money through the app even though my bill is paid.

 

You can pay your bill either on the web with a web browser by logging in to MyBell and using One Bill. You can also do the same using the MyBell app.

In either situation, you can setup Pre-authorized payments using your financial institution or your credit card. You can also choose to make One time payments at any time.

I have attached the following web link that will explain everything to you. It is all inclusive & should answer most of your questions. Just follow the onscreen prompts & choose your bill type.

I already paid my balance ho come my network connection is still not working

Open any web browser & log in to your MyBell account. On the opening screen you will see a blue area: One Bill. To the right, you will see a box: Make a payment. Select this & follow the steps to either make a payment through your bank or with your credit card.

the one time credit card payment method is blocked, and even after i signed up for pre-authorized payments (scheduled for april 1st????) my bill still isn't paid, and paying through my bank isn't an option for me

How are you entering the card information? Are you entering the information manually?

For safety and security, your credit card information (name on card, billing address and identification numbers) must be entered manually and cannot be copy and pasted.

Could you please explain with a lot more details? Was your card declined? How are you paying it?
There could also be a problem at the credit card company end with respect to the credit card Account number, Holder name, Expiration date, CVV security code or credit limit. You may need to contact your credit card customer service to reconfirm this information.

Have you tried paying your account using your bank’s online app?

Have you called Bell Customer service Accounts & billing? If not, then you need to do so. 

Bell Customer Service, accounts & billing call: 1 866 310-BELL (2355) or #611 from any Bell mobile device. They may be able to explain everything to you and offer up further suggestions.

They are always there to help you.
