Good Day.

This is a community website. As such, we do not have access to your account & billing records.

I wish I could provide you with a viable alternative to resolve your problem, but I cannot.

I can only offer up the following details for your review & consideration.

  1. If you choose to end your Bell SmartPay Agreement early or you would like to change your rate plan to a non-eligible rate plan, you should contact Bell Customer Service.
  2. Your remaining device payments will become due immediately.
  3. If you are ending your Service Agreement at the same time, the remaining balance on your Agreement Credit (plus applicable taxes) will also become due immediately.
  4. The Device Return Option Deferred Amount (if applicable) will also come due.

To view your device balance:

  1. Log in to MyBell
  2. Select My services at the top of the page, then select your Bell Mobility device from the list.
  3. Select More about my device to view your device information, including the remaining balance and commitment details.
  4. You can view complete details about your SmartPay device payments (including the payment agreement and schedule) by clicking “Learn more” under Remaining Device Balance.
  5. You can pay off your device by making a onetime payment on MyBell.

You can reach Bell Customer Service via their Internet Chat or by calling: 1 800 667-0123 or dial *611 from any Bell mobile device.

Take care.
