I’m looking to upgrade my device however the 2 agents I have spoken to cannot confirm if wifi calling will be available with a 100 or 60g data plan with unlimited Canada calling. Looking to get a response from someone that has and Apple 15 pro to confirm if they can or cannot enable wifi calling as the bell staff don’t know (?)… thinking maybe I should ask Rogers but will give Bell one more chance. Thanks!

Hi there, @Nimadude. Welcome to the Bell Community, and thanks for your post.
After completing the set-up instructions for wi-fi calling in the thread provided in @WelshTerrier's reply, could you clarify as to what's giving you the impression that it's not working? When you try to make a call while on wi-fi, are you receiving an error message of any kind? Have you spoken to Tech Support and opened a ticket if need be?
For reference, you must also begin and end the call while within coverage of your connected network. If you leave that area or lose connection for any reason, that call will be automatically disconnected.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.

The top status bar does not say Bell Wifi as it should it connected on Wifi. When I turn off the cellular and leave wifi on it does not connect to bell either . My signal quality in the building with strong wifi no longer as good thanks to this. With Fido I had no problem.
i opened tech support ticket still awaiting call
