Bell Prepaid Visa card - Expedited delivery fee

Hello, I paid $100 with my bell prepaid Visa card today, but I was charged an extra $20 with it,  I have no idea what was this for? Then I when home and logged online to check the Bell prepaid Visa card policy. I found there was an “Expedited delivery fee” of $20, but I just used it to pay a spa treatment today, no need for anything “Expedited“ at all. Can someone explain to me what the Expedited delivery fee is ? Thanks

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
On the back of the gift card there should be a customer support number that you can call. Most cards are third party card providers with the Bell logo on the front, therefore it's best to contact the number on the back of the card regarding inquiries.

I received and activated my $200 Vis Gift Card for signing with Bell.  Unable to use it online so far I decided I would try it at Home Depot.  Imagine my surprise when I tried to pay for $200 worth and was told that the card only had $67 in it.  When I checked it’s history it shows no transactions since activation.  Is this one of those admin fee scams? Are they taking $50 a month off for every unused months ?

mine was used because I had it in wallet but forgot my bank card. I put 15 dollars on it!!!! I thought well I’ll use the rest for dinner NO BALANCE bell put a lot of pressure on me to go with them I’ve had an account since I was born ( overtook dads). But they can’t pay for the card for me a hundred dollar card gave me an embarrassing time at chicken store when I know 85 dollars on it!!!!!!!!!!

Hi 

I received a Bell prepaid gift card last year for signing up home internet $150, i registered and used $25, so on the card i should still have $125, but i could not use anywhere, i called the number on the back 1-800-624-6171, a customer service said they were no longer working with Bell 2 years ago, but i just got last year and used $25. they suggested me to call Bell for a solution of how to get my $125 back, Im confused, but if i called same phone number and check for balance, yes virtual machine let me know i still have $125 left on my card. what should i do? and can you please provide number so i can call? Thanks

I have a $200 Bell Visa card that I just used. The charge was for $105.33 which means I should have $94.67 but my balance says there's only $73.61 left on the card.  Why?  I have the receipts for proof

Are you able to verify what the additional charge is for through the website/contact number that is on the back of your Gift Card?
