Wireless Home Internet - Change in monthly data usage

how can bell just reduced my internet speed from 25 to 10 and infinity to 350 GB as of June 3 2024?

 

As of June 3, we will increase the monthly data usage of your Wireless Home Internet service from 350 GB to 600 GB at maximum speeds. You’ll get unlimited data at up to 10 Mbps thereafter. This means that you will be able to do more online, at maximum speeds.
There is no action required on your part and there is no impact to your monthly rate as a result of this change. If you have any questions, please call us at 1 866 310-BELL (2355).

Don't know what your current service contract is, but on June 3 they will increase your monthly data usage from 350 to 600 GB at maximum speed, and unlimited after 600 GB to 10 Mbps.

This should be an upgrade, not a downgrade?

We do not have access to your Account & Billing details on the community forum.

Have a look at your existing Internet package, speeds, features, cost, etc. on your MyBell account.

If you need a detailed explanation, then please call Bell Customer Service at: 1 866 310-BELL (2355).

Based on the information you have provided in your post, this is a good news story. It appears that your data usage has been increased at the maximum speed to 600GB.
