Hello, I am moving residences. What do I need to do to move my Bell router from my old residence to my new residence so that service is not disrupted? Do I need the support of a technician to make this happen. Please advise. Thanks.

Resolved! How long does it take for my payment to process?

I always pay my bill through Scotiabank and Bell always takes a week to credit it, why so long?   Is this an English/French problem? The direct method of payment through a bank does not work on your website FYI

Resolved! Crave billing after free Crave trial ends

Very unhappy with Bell and their billing for new customers after the two month trial of their free crave, channels etc. I called and they took it off but then all the other prices increased and $75 is now $118.   How does that happen! I called again ...
