When I go to pay my bill for the past two days, all I get is this error message. I know my card number and the three digits. What’s going on? Is anyone else having this issue?

No, what I eventually did was pay by bank. But if this happens again I will definitely pay web version. I never thought of that. Thank you!

Thank you for posting your question. Unfortunately, I am unable to view the image you have posted. Community Moderators must review and approve all uploaded images before they can be displayed. Although you can see your uploaded image that are awaiting approval, other community members who view your images can only see the ones that have been approved.

- What is the error message that you are receiving & at what point in the bill payment process does this occur?
- What is the make & model of your device?
- Have you tried to power your device completely off / on?
- Could you verify that your iOS / OS is up to date?
- Have you uninstalled & reinstalled the MyBell app?
- Have you tried to pay your bill by logging in to your MyBell web account using any web browse?

I am now able to view the image that you posted.
Are you experiencing this problem with the MyBell App? Have you tried to pay your bill by logging in to your MyBell web account using any web browse?

I would also suggest that you contact your financial institution. There could be a problem at their end with respect to the credit card Account number, Holder name, Expiration date, CVV security code or credit limit.
Bell accepts credit card payments from Visa, Mastercard & American Express. You can also make a payment on MyBell with anyone of the major financial institutions.
You can also pay your bill in person at major financial institutions or by setting your Bell account up as a payee on the financial institution's web site or app.

Hello,
the photo says wrong security code. It’s the security code behind the debit card. It’s the correct code, it even happened to my sister. It just kept saying wrong security code
