Bell smart home is not connecting

Hi, bell smart home door bell camera is not connecting with WiFi network, I have recently changed the modam after that it is not connecting..have excellent signal in other devices.. tried all the troubleshooting steps nothing works so far.. need help

Contact bell smart home support. They can guide you through it and can even do stuff from their end. 

They successfully reset it for me primarily from their end with some guided support to be for a couple of tasks.
