Accessing Netflix from 9500 receiver

I was gifted a 9500 receiver and when accessing Netflix app from channel 1267. When Netflix starts up its using the previous owner Netflix account. Any idea on how it can be change to use my Netflix account.Thanks

Missing US channels

There was an update today (apr 23 2024) and there were no US channels. I couldnt watch TMZ or Family Feud.  The channels are not even listed on the package list.

Sound delay between multiple receivers

Fibe TSN and crave apps with hdmi adapter
