I'm using the crave app via my bell account. Certain Crave movies & shows say that they're blocked due to parental controls, however I checked and my profile is listed as 18+. I tried to create a second profile that's also 18 plus, try to flush the cache, signed out & signed back in.... nothing seems to work. Is the Crave parental controls setting broken??

Hi there @Kim99. Thanks for your post, and welcome to the Bell Community.
How are you accessing Crave, through your TV receiver or through the Crave app a different device such as a PC, tablet or mobile phone? Are you receiving an error message after entering your PIN?

I am using the Crave app on a Android phone, and logging in with my Bell credentials. When I use my main/original account (which is the admin account) when I click on a hidden/blacked out item, it says "PARENTAL CONTROLS Oops, this video is restricted by parental controls.....". Same error when I use a second account which I created and explicitly set at 18+

You just directed me to an outside service, even though parental controls are controlled by Bell, according to the help documentation. Thanks for nothing
