Bell Fibe TV app getting error message 1009p/3 only on one channel CTV 201.

In the past 24 hrs I started getting this Fibe TV error message "error 1009p/3" but only on one channel:  CTV 201.  All other channels work perfectly, my internet is up and works fine.  I have restarted the Bell Streamer twice but still get the same error message only on that channel.  Anybody got ideas before I call technical repairs?  Their chat line doesn't seem to be working this long weekend.

Simple fix.  Hard reboot by turning off power for 10 seconds

Hi i am getting same error for CTV TOR 1201 (same channel in high def). Definitely something wrong at Bells end.

Just a suggestion, unplug your receiver & reboot it. Wait for 1-2 min. If this does not solve your problem, try rebooting your modem. Unplug the power, wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in. When all of the lights have stopped flashing, 5 -10 min., then try your TV. If this does not work, it could be a station problem. It will come back or you can reach out to Bell Fibe TV tech support at: 310-BELL or 1-866-310-BELL or 1-866-797-8686

I just tested the dvr, iOS app and Streamer under the cloud dvr plan in mtl and everything is fine. Have you tried to cast to the TV via mobile apps?

Have you tried

They aren’t allowed to have any receiver under the Fibe TV App or formerly ALT TV packs.

I am running bell fibe tv app on Chromecast with Google TV (3rd gen). All channels work as they should except for CTV TOR 1201 which I get getting error message 1009p/3 message.  I rebooted the Chromecast and no help, i will try rebooting the bell fibe modem (the new black and white one) next to see if will help.  I still have the old bell tv box connected to tv on another input and when i switch back to it, it received CTV TOR 1201 just fine (so i do not think it is the bell fibe modem).  It would help if Bell would explain what the error code is?

Tried CTV TOR 1201 at 3 pm today and is now working fine.
