Can Bell add a Beach channel?

I probably watch Bell's Fireplace channel more than anything else. I keep it on while reading or listening to music. It's very comforting. I suggest Bell also have a beach channel, which many of us would turn on in summer and even in winter - just a loop of waves rolling up on a beach.

Maybe try the Aquarium Channel ( ch 1758 ) of fish swimming around? Just turn down the volume lest the bubbling sound drives you 'round the bend'. Not recommended if you have a cat and want to keep your TV.

Great idea! What about a Great Lakes summer sunset, perhaps? Or a Newfoundland sunrise (not in fog)?

Great ideas! I was thinking more of the crashing waves off of Pacific Rim National Park in BC. What I really need is the sound as well as the visual, as I keep it on in the background. I find the sound of waves very relaxing.

I suppose there are parts of Newfoundland where you would hear the waves crashing into the rock! Not much of a sound with Great Lakes waves, unless you capture local birds.

Thanks for the tip, but the Aquarium Channel doesn't cut it for me. I would like the sound of waves crashing on the beach - like a loop of waves at Pacific Rim National Park in BC at sunset. It's both beautiful and the sound of the waves is relaxing. The Aquarium Channel doesn't have that relaxing sound, and it reminds me of a dentist's office!
