Channel restart Family Fued

Every night (7:00pm) when Family Fued starts on Fox (ch1223,) after about 15 seconds the program restarts as Fine  seemingly picks up another network broadcasting the same show.   Need explanation as to why occurring.

Thanks Alex.....I understand now...the delay in swing over prompts what seems to be a restart; fortunately does not cause loss of program but a repeat....All good.

Yes, this is the switch to a Canadian channel known as Simsub. It is mandated by the CRTC.

Cause there was a time lag to process between Fox, CityTV and Bell. It's probably purely technical.
