Hi there @RickWoods,
Welcome to the Bell Community 🙂
The Community needs a bit more information in order to help.

  • Are you using Fibe TV or Satellite, and what type of TV receiver do you have?
  • Can you share more about what you mean when you say 'locked up'; Are you stuck on a certain screen, is there an error message?
  • Did you also reboot your TV receiver at the same time as your modem?

Hope to hear from you soon.

Hey @Hondo,

Thanks for reaching out to the Bell Community.

What type of receiver do you have, and is this happening on any other TV receivers in your home?

When rebooting, please unplug your equipment (TV receiver and modem) for one minute and then power them back up to see if the issue is resolved.

Keep us posted,

- Patricia

Patricia…I’m having same issue with “lock up”. Watching pvr recording and lost signal. After reboot, I’m locked on screen that says “Record your favourite shows/Change channels, etc, and no matter what button I press, it won’t move. Have rebooted 3x with same result
