Charged for CBS Sports Network - a channel no longer provided

I just received my monthly bill and was charged for a channel you no longer provide (CBS Sports Network). Unfortunately I didn’t notice this until after I paid because I falsely assumed you wouldn’t possibly charge me for something you took away. 
How many other customers are you charging for channels you don’t carry anymore and when can I expect my refund?

Thank you for your concern. I encourage you to monitor the next couple of billing cycles to see if your bell changes or credits are applied.

CBS Sport Network Channel - 1413 was a premium sports channel on Bell TV.

You should login to you MyBell account & confirm that it is has been removed from your Bell TV account. Select View or Modify TV channels

If it is not listed, then Bell will adjust your next bill and credit your account for the dates that it was removed & you did not have access to the station.

It will take1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your account.
