We have the Giga Hub with VIP5662W and are in the process of switching to Fibe 1.5
They sent us a package with a new Giga Hub and a Cloud PVR
Can we use the VIP5662W with Fibe 1.5 ?

Good Day.
Yes. The Giga Hub is compatible with Fibe 1.5. The VIP5662W is also compatible with the Giga Hub.
I do not have the VIP7802 Fibe TV Cloud PVR. It is compatible with the Giga Hub & Fibe Internet.
Take care.

Hi there @llccb
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Bell Community.
When you upgrade to the Cloud PVR service you are not able to use the VIP5662 and the Fibe TV Box (Cloud PVR service) together. The VIP5662 will need to be returned to Bell if it is on a rental plan.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Hi there @llccb
Thank you for your reply.
Once your TV service has been upgraded, swapping the Fibe TV Box (VIP 7802) for an older PVR is not possible.
Have a nice day 🙂
