Error 1013a on Fibe tv app

Fibe tv app, can’t get it to work on my bell wifi.

Can you please share what type of device you're using to access the Bell Fibe TV app?
The error number you mention above indicates an incorrect user name/password. Be sure you are using the same log in information that you use when logging into your MyBell profile. If you continue to have any trouble we recommend resetting your password, and then try to log into the Fibe TV app again.

I have re booted my wifi, deleted the app and tried again. I have 2 bell wifi, one at camper and one at home. Camper not working at all. Home changed to log in on the easiest way. Called bell and after the third person said wrong department I hung up.

That’s really frustrating. So the same error code also appears when you are at home? Looks like a Bell’s internal problem. I always contact them by live online chat and seldom be kicked around with different department.

I am getting the same issue on one of my device. I can log in via web or a bunch of other device but one android device simply will not connect via the fibe tv app. error code: 1013a which is incorrect username/password. I am 100% certain I am entering the right information.

Can you please share what device you're using to access the Bell Fibe TV app that you're experiencing issues with?

Have you tried reinstalling the Fibe TV app? If this does not work, we recommend resetting your password and then try to log into the Fibe TV app again.
