When I press the info button on my remote while watching a movie, I see many names of actors writers, composers, too many names in no particular order, there is often no room for the important names like the director, is it possible to streamline these credits, or does no one at Bell read them or is aware of them?

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
Theis is a community forum. It is a peer-to-peer web site. As such, we do not have access to your account & billing information.
It is unclear to me what you mean by: "Programs are not dated. Movies are not dated. We don't know when watching a movie if it's 2020, 1999 or whatever !"
Can you please explain in further detail? To start off with:
- Which Bell TV Service do you subscribe to? Fiibe TV, Fibe TV app, or Satellite.
- Which package do you subscribe to: Starter, Good, Better, Best, etc.
- What are you using to watch Bell TV? Receiver model, tablet, mobile device, computer / browser, Fibe app, etc.
- Are you experiencing this same issue on all types of players?
- Is this problem related to the Guide info date of production missing or scheduled TV Guide date?
- The date information that is missing for Live shows only or also with On demaand, recordings, etc.
- Have you powered off & restarted your viewing devices?
- Do you have any error messages on your receivers?
- Do you have a Bell Home Hub / Giga Hub modem? Error messages?
- Troubleshooting? Virtual repair tool? Fibe TV: troubleshooting tools, virtual repair tool and support (bell.ca)
- Have you contacted Bell Tech Support? Bell Fibe TV: 1 866 797-8686 Satellite TV: 1 888 759-3474
Take care.

Hey there @astral,
Welcome to the Bell Community, and thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback with us 🙂
Do you notice this on any channel or movie/show in particular?

No, it’s any and all movies, couldn’t there be a more carefully curated list of credits instead of what appears to be a data dump of names?

That’s what I miss. What year was this show or movie made. Rogers has the year on their guide. Why not Bell

I'm talking about the year of the date when a recording was recorded. We only see day and month.
