How do I permanently eliminate the Welcome window every time I go to Fibe on my computer

I have to X out 3 consecutive windows every time I go to Fibe on my computer. How do I avoid this.

Try clean out the cache? Is your computer at a low storage? 

FYI: the pic quality is always lower outside the TV except when casting from pads or phones, cause it’s capped at 2GB/h, and the closed captions can’t be customized.
