I have been experiencing a jittery picture on two 6131 receivers. It's most noticeable watching TSN football games or tennis. I've adjusted my dish and I have a 92% signal on satellite 91 and transponder 13. I also have a 9241 receiver and the picture is normal on it so it seems to be a problem specific to the 6131 receivers. In the spring I had a similar problem with the 9241 where the temporary fix was to tune to the CPAC channel 512 and then back to the station you were watching and the jittering would go away. That temporary fix has no affect on the 6131 receiver.

I have a 9242 and all my channels are miserably messed up or just plain unwatchable for the majority of the time for the last couple of weeks. Before that, it was more intermittent, normal for whole evenings or afternoons. In August, I could use the "SWAP" button on my remote and the other "channel" would be totally fine. Either that trick no longer works or my remote SWAP button doesn't work anymore. I can't SWAP at all for the last 2 months.
Weird thing is that the GUIDE is totally clear.
I hope there is a solution soon and I agree that compensation should be forthcoming easily if we call in...

@BellNick - Any update? It's been almost a month since your last one. Still seeing issues on various channels.

I switched to a 6131 and have no problem now. They figured my 9242 was done.
