Have no audio with my 6400 receiver but i do have picture no sound

Good Day.

Are there any error message on your TV or receiver? Have you checked all audio cables (HDMI, RCA, etc.) connecting the receiver to the TV and any other audio devices, ensuring they are securely plugged in?

If you are experiencing no audio on your Bell Sat 6400 receiver, try these troubleshooting steps: ensure the volume is turned up on both your TV and the receiver, check all audio connections, and verify the receiver is not muted. 

If the issue persists, try resetting the receiver by unplugging it for 30 seconds and plugging it back in, or by holding the power button for 5-8 seconds.

I have the same problem with both receivers I’m using. Good picture and no sound

Please clarify what type of receivers you have and if this is affecting a certain channel/show or all of them.
