No video on ExpressVu channel 1011 - CTV. Error 095

 Channel 1011 is part of my subscription and I have had no problems until today.  The channel has Error Code 095 - your smart card does not currently have authorization to view or purchase this program.  I have audio, but no video - just this Error Code.  Anyone else having this problem - all TVs in house the same

Thank you for your question. Channel 1011 is CTV HD Halifax. If you are in that region, try rebooting your receiver and see if the full audio and video come back.
