They may not be today but they certainly were for 5 months or so up to April of this year when they suddenly started streaming the actual show they had listed in the guide "Real Time with Bill Maher". That was the reason I commented after reading your replies to Joe Schmo and others defending Bell. I assumed the reason they stopped unblocking Bill Maher was that Bell customers may have complained to the CRTC. So that is Just the Facts!
