Satellite TV RG6 Cables

I'm building a house and plan on running the RG6 cables to the roof from the mechanical room.  If I want to connect 4 TV's, how many RG6 cables will I need to run to the roof, and how many dishes does this translate to?  I had Bell years ago and it was two cables/dish but that may have changed.

There will be one RG6 cable run to each TV location, all terminating in the mechanical room.

You would only need 1 dish and 4 RG6 cables. Each of the 4 cables would connect to 1 port of the quad LNB and 1 receiver. You can also use a separator on each cable that you want to use for a dual tuner receiver. It’s also future proof because those 4 RG6 cables can be used for up to 8 receivers if you buy additional switches.
