There is no actual userguide but we do offer support content based on what you are looking for. Including tutorials on how to use the receiver and remote and content related to remote programming and troubleshooting.
Hope that helps 🙂

Not to shoot the messenger but I can't believe that there is no manual. There are manuals on everything everywhere but apparently not at Bell anymore! When I ordered my 5000, I redid my entertainment center and I wanted to know if the receiver took an ethernet cable. A very simple question. Bell's support only mentions WiFi. Not even a diagram of the back of the receiver. I was laying in and dressing the cables before the receiver arrived (yes it does take a cable if anyone is wondering) but I could not find that simple bit of information ANYWHERE. My point is, you don't know all of the questions, you never will and this type of support for a product is only useful when there is alternative information LIKE A MANUAL for all of those questions you didn't think of like mine. I know that Bell has a lot of great people and you are one of them. Keep up the great work.

That's a great post, agree 100%. First they did away with the paper manual, next they would supply a cd, then you could download a manual, etc. Now, can't do either. We shouldn't need to contact Bell for any questions as simple as yours. Bring back a users guide like most other electronic supplier, it's not like Bell is not profitable.
