Temporary Technical Difficulties RFD

Why is channel RFD always experiencing temporary technical difficulties?  I'm paying extra to watch a channel that is always having problems.  Half hour show and there has been 8 interruptions.

Thank you for your question . What Bell service are you using. Bell Fibe or Bell Satellite? Does this occur on one channel or on more than one? What type of device are you watching on? Further information can help us assist you in narrowing down the issue.

RFD-TV Canada is a Canadian English language licence-exempted Category B specialty channel broadcasting programming focused on the agribusiness, equine and the rural lifestyles, along with traditional country music and entertainment. The channel is owned by Ryan Kohler through Wild TV Inc.

It is an À la carte channel available on Bell Fibe TV Channel 1535 or Satellite TV 1072. Which device or receiver are you viewing the RFD Canada station on?

Let us know.

Take care.

I'm currently using a Samsung TV, the PVR is a VIP5662W, currently subscribe to Bell Fibe.  This happens only on RFD when I'm using the PVR to watch a previously recorded show, however it has happened occasionally on regular program of RFD.  Thanks.

Hey there @bpne

Welcome to the Bell Community 🙂

Does that happen during a specific live show/recording from RFD, or all of them? Can you test on another device using the Fibe TV app to see if the same thing occurs?

Keep us posted,

@BellPatricia
