Is your Fibe TV working okay?

I can not say that I have ever seen an orange light on the VAP3400. There is green solid, flashing, blue solid, no light, red reset button on the back, blue on / off & yellow connector. Those should be the only colors or lights other than the black case with white writing.

When it is on & flashing the lights could reflect or mirror off of another object based on their location in relation to light & sun.

If everything is copacetic, then I would leave well enough alone.

If you do need further help, do not hesitate to reach out to Bell Fibe TV Tech Support at: 310-BELL or 1-866-310-BELL.

As a side point, do you ever reboot your receivers, modem or VAP3400. If you run in to problems or equipment hiccups, start by shutting the equipment off & then unplugging it. You may only need to unplug the PVR or Receiver or VAP or Modem. You may even need to unplug all of the equipment do to a power outage or a storm. Wait until, each comes up and is working properly before plugging in the next piece of equipment. This process can take 30 min. Just be patient before moving on.

Keep us posted in you need any further help.

thank you for your note. The tv is working fine which is why I’m a little reluctant to fiddle around.  The yellow/orange light next to the Ethernet cable is the one that blinks
