i disconnected my 4100 and hooked up my 6141 and it had no satellite on tv. disconnected 6141 and hooked up 4100 works fine hooked up 6141 back upstairs works fine?

Is there a specific error message that appears on your TV screen? Is the set up the exact same as what you have upstairs?

Thanks for answering. When I hook up the 4100 satellite in cable the bell screen comes up but when I hook up the satellite in cable on the 6141 nothing no error just no signal so some times you have to change channels on tv but tryed 2 3 4 but nothing. Same set up
