Hey @d8nst9,

Welcome to the Bell Community 🙂

Is there a specific error message that appears on your TV screen? Is the set up the exact same as what you have upstairs?

We also recommend that you check out this article Satellite TV error codes and troubleshootingOpens in a new tab or window as you may find some helpful troubleshooting suggestions.

Thanks for answering. When I hook up the 4100 satellite in cable the bell screen comes up but when I hook up the satellite  in cable on the 6141 nothing no error just no signal so some times you have to change channels on tv but tryed 2 3 4 but nothing. Same set up

Thank you for letting us know @d8nst9.

Were you able to check out the troubleshooting article that we posted above? There are some tips available there to help resolve issues with no signal.

Keep the Community posted on how everything is going.
