Accessing apps on Bell Satellite receiver

When I am using the remote and select APPS I only have the choice of Netflix or Crave.  How would I access others (ie Prime)

1. Which Bell TV service do you subscribe to? Fibe TV, Fibe TV App or Satellite TV?
2. Which receiver & remote are you using?

Satellite tv.  When I use the remote controller and go into “APPS” there is only 2 options…..Netflix or Crave.  Not sure how to obtain Prime or any other that I might subscribe to

Which receiver and remote control do you have? I can only assume that you are using a Whole Home 9500 PVR with the Slim remote. There are no apps that can be added to this PVR. Only Netflix and Crave can be used on the 9500 PVR.

If you wish to watch Amazon Prime, you will need to install a third-party device such as an Amazon Firestick. You would then be able to stream & download the apps you require. You will also be able to install the Fibe TV app on an Amazon Firestick.
