Remote will not change channels up or down on satellite

Remote will not change channels up or down or work east or west. As soon as you press any arrow, tv leaves satellite mode.

What is your box and what is the remote type slim or the other one I don’t know by name . Cause we need to what your box is like example is you box 9400 . So can help you with your remote problem .

Thank you for your concern. The symptoms your describe can be caused by low batteries in the remote. Change out the batteries with a quality, name brand alkaline battery and see if that makes a difference.
