Can someone give me step by step directions on how to transfer my phone number to my new device. Both devices are Iphones, but my current phone has a physical sim, and the new phone would be eSim. When I power on the new phone, does it prompt me to transfer my number when I set up the new device?
If I buy the new device in the store, does Bell do the transfer of my number for me?

Hey there @Aptic ,
Welcome to the community and thanks for your post.
Yes, your new iPhone should automatically prompt you to transfer your number when you power it on and place it next to your old phone. Apple calls this feature eSIM Quick Transfer. It easily moves a physical SIM from an old iPhone into an eSIM on a new one.
If you choose to buy your new phone at a physical Bell store, the store agents can absolutely do the transfer for you. They will handle the activation and move your number over before you leave the store.
If you decide to complete a hardware upgrade online via MyBell, it is important to log in your MyBell profile once the device is received and follow the "activate order" prompts to set up your new phone.
If you purchase the device out right, we invite you to check out How to transfer your Bell Mobility service to a new SIM card or eSIM
to learn how to complete the change.
