I am hearing challenged, and have great difficulty understanding on the phone. Does Bell provide captioning service for hearing impaired people. I need a phone which displays incoming speech on an included screen, which are available thru Amazon. Apparently phone companies provide this service free of charge in the United States. I live in Hamilton, and we arms due to switch service to Bell in the fall off 2024. If the answer is yes, I will switch my service immediately.
I would appreciate a response asap, or provide another Bell contact to get this question answered. Thank you.
