Why can’t I go on line and find out if there is a phone line outage in my area, so I know I’m not the only one?

If you run the virtual repair tool on a smartphone, it will check for outages.

You can check for Bell service interruptions by visiting https://support.bell.ca/outage-check and entering your postal code. For more precise details, you can log into your My Bell account and check for interruptions to your household. This feature is also available in the MyBell app in the support section. Look for “Outage Check” under additional support.

Thank you for your question. You can check if your outage is local with the Virtual Repair Tool on the MyBell web page. You can also report your outage to 1-866-310-2355.
