Hi there @Gypsy,
Welcome to the Bell Community.
Can you clarify if you are trying to save contact information on your landline phone?
If that is the case, we recommend referring to your phones user manual for more information on how to add/save or edit a contact.
Let the Community know if you have any other questions,
- Patricia

Who is the manufacturer of your telephone? E.g Panasonic, Vtech. etc. What is the model number of your phone?

If you have lost your manual, may I suggest that you write down the manufacturer's name, E.g. Panasonic, Model: # E.g. KX TG?????, etc. This information will be recorded on the device.

From there, you can do an internet search using the make & model number. You will be looking to find a Pdf manual for your home phone. If this web search proves to be unsuccesful, then you should contact the manufacturer by calling their support line.

Let the Community know if you have any other questions.

Take care.
