Smart Touch Services

I would like to know why Bell no longer lists my current Smart Touch services under "Monthly Charges and Credits" on my monthly bill. I resent having to look these up when I need to know to which features I subscribe.

Good Day.

Thank you for reaching out to the Bell Community Forum. SmartTouch services are no longer listed under Monthly Charges and Credits.

You can view your Home phone package & a list of features by selecting > Home phone on the opening page of your MyBell web account. Select > View my package & features. This will provide you with an up-to-date list of your Home Phone package & the included SmartTouch features that you subscribe to. For example, only:

  • Included features:
  • 911 fee / Misc
  • Call Answer
  • Call Control
  • Call Forwarding
  • Call Privacy
  • Last Call Return
  • Three-Way Calling
  • Visual Call Waiting

Take care.
