Running a speed test with the Bell Wi-Fi App
calculates the speeds you’re receiving in both directions; from the Internet to your device (download) and from your device to the Internet (upload).
The stated speed of your internet plan is between the node and the modem. That speed is shared amongst all connected devices. The more devices you have connected, the lower the speed per device may be.
Let’s walk through how:
1. Touch the People icon at the bottom of the screen
2. Choose the device that you are using – It will be indicated with a star
3. Touch Device Internet speed
