ADT Telus Security Camera Disconnected

Security camera connected then 2 days later gets disconnected for no reason. Worked fine with no issues prior to switching . Using Telus adt.

Not very familiar with ADT, but I am thinking they all connect directly to the ADT module rather than your general network. You might want to double check with ADT before proceeding troubleshooting this further.
