AirPrint printer cannot be discovered by an iPad or an iPhone through a Bell Wi-Fi Pod

When my Bell Wi-Fi Pod is active and my Brother laser jet attaches to it, it does not show up as an AirPrint printer on either of our iPads (2) or iPhones (2), although it does show up on my MacBook Air (The MacBook and both iPads and iPhones are shown to attach to the GigaHub whereas the printer is shown to attach to the Pod as it is closer). As soon as I power down the Wi-Fi Pod, the printer immediately becomes discoverable on all the mobile devices.

Does the Pod block certain discovery protocols, or otherwise separates the network into two wireless domains which AirPrint cannot broadcast through?

Hi there @Mathman
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
Are you able to share which model printer you have?
Are you also able to share how exactly the AirPrint works?
Looking forward to hearing back.

Thank you for your question. I have three Brother printers operating through pods on iPhones and iPads. The printers should show up as Brother printers, not AirPrint, at all times and you should be able to print through them.
