Bell Internet 25 - Signal issues ever since my neighbour put up a 12X14 steel roof gazebo?

I have a question regarding my Bell 25 Internet, I have been having a lot of signal issues ever since my neighbour put up a 12X14 steel roof gazebo and its right in the path of my dish. Would that interfere with my signal? I have other neighbours and they say there Internet is perfect (Same Service as me). 

I am located in Hastings, Ontario Canada.

Yes, that would cause issues with your dish...

You might have to relocate the dish to a better advantage point.
