Bell Webmail Doesn't Save Width of Panels in the View Settings

Hello Bell, great feature to be able to change the width of the panels in webmail, e.g. the width of the folder panel, the inbox and the message preview. I'm not sure if I'm missing something, but is there a feature to save the width settings? It seems like after I log out and log back in, the widths that I set in my previous settings are not saved. Is this a browser cookie dependant setting? Thx

Hi there @SkiWheel,

Thanks very much for your post 🙂

Can you clarify which type of browser you're using, and if this is affecting a different type of browser too?

Is your browser set to delete cookies & caches each time you close it?

We are looking forward to your reply,

I will try a few different browsers to see if the setting issue persists. Our current browser is Firefox. thx

Every time I log in to   Bell Webmail on my laptop, I drag the column separators to the left to maximize the area for viewing the mail itself.  It would be great if Webmail could remember the layout and return to that each time until I change it again.

Thanks!

If there is a fix for this problem regarding not being able to save the adjusted width of the columns I too would like to know what the solution is as would others on this thread as well.
Please share the solution.
Thankyou.
