Hi @BellNick
My problem was/is with Bell Webmail not receiving emails from 2016. The inbox is frozen there.
Everything is working fine on Outlook and Gmail. Any suggestion?

Thank you for your post.
Are you able to clarify what you mean by your inbox is frozen, what exactly is happening?
Do you have a separate folder created for stuff from 2016 or are you scrolling down through all your emails and encounter issues when you get to 2016?
Have you tried clearing your browser history, cookies and cache?
What browser are you using to access your Bell Webmail and have you tried a different browser?
When you say everything is working fine on Outlook and Gmail, are you referring to those as separate emails or do you have your Bell Email linked to them?
