Using Safari on an old iPad (iOS 10.3.3), webmail.bell.net comes up blank - i.e. no sign-in screen.  Any setting I need to reset?

Use another browser (like google chrome) to try accessing webmail......If it works with another browser you know its Safari......delete Safari from your ipad and reinstall it.

Thank you, DRock, but, like I said, it's an old iPad (Model MD510C/A) and will not update past iOS 10.3.3

It used to work on Bell webmail - did something on the login site change?

@xxyyz As security and system updates progress, older devices with older operating systems can encounter functionality issues and even security issues if still in use.

Thank you, DRock - I realise it may just be my old system, but I would still like to know:

(a) Is there anything I can do to make it work?

(b) What changed on the login site in the last few weeks?

Re: iPad and new format for email. Unable to access email. Can not clear presentation.

@xxyyz  and @daisy

Can you provide a timeline (date or rough idea) of when you first experienced your webmail login not working?

As @JD suggested; try an alternate browser like Chrome or FireFox and let us know if you experience the same as you are on Safari.

The first time I saw the Bell webmail sign-in page blank was 2 October, 2021. However, I do not know when before that I last successfully accessed it - it might have been days or weeks earlier.

I may install Firefox, but it will be a while before I can do this.

Is anybody else having problem with the new Webmail interface and older versions of Safari?

I'm running v 12.1.2 and most of the scripts for functions such as Reply, Reply All, and Forward won't work. All I get is an error message telling me to contact Bell Support if the problem persists. It persists, and the Support rep cannot find anything wrong at Bell's end. For comparison, the problem does not occur with Firefox or Safari in iOS 15.2 on an iPad.
