Bell webmail

I'm on an iMac, vintage 2017. Bell Webmail seems to take forever to download and occasionally freezes as I attempt to download. I get frequent error messages, and must also repeatedly log in. I've done the chat thing with Bell support, to no avail. Has anyone else had this problem and is there anything I can do? I should add that I'm only semi computer literate. All suggestions gratefully accepted.

Are you able to share a screenshot of the error message you are receiving?
What browser are you using?
Are you able to test with a different device or browser to see if the issue persists?
