I have Bell Fibe with the 4000 modem. It is on our top floor and our Xbox is in the basement with no ability to hard wire it. We use a Google Mesh Wifi system to distribute wifi, which the Xbox is connected to. Lately games have been crashing, and I understand it is a "double NAT" issue. Can someone please tell me what I should do to fix it?
Thanks in advance!

Double NAT does not cause game crashes. I use it myself and experience no issue.
It's possible a signal issue with the WiFi connection. Could also be an XboX hardware issue like overheating for example.
